Isabel Huber

Pharmacist holding a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Barcelona. After her doctorate, she joined the Translational oncology Research group lidered by Dr. Joan Seoane at Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology. During her academic scientific career, she also got international experience at Pittsburgh University (PA, US) and University College Cork. She later joined the spin-off Mosaic Biomedicals, where she worked as a scientific manager. She holds an MBA from the Barcelona Business Institute and has strong expertise in translational research and drug preclinical development. Along her career she has been awarded with several research grants, including a Caixa Impulse Grant in 2019. In order to make SUCCIPRO possible, she has participated in competitive innovation programs, such as the Market Assessment Program (EADA-ACCIÓ) in which she got the third prize at the local final in Barcelona (June 2021).
